Program Overview
The purpose of the program is to enable students to identify, understand, develop and articulate their key personal abilities in the context of their future professional and academic aspirations. The development of their academic and professional skill set is essential to securing and/or developing fulfilling careers as tomorrow’s leaders in increasingly diverse and volatile environment.
The aim of this program is to develop their critical, reflective abilities, confidence and competence, that will help evaluate their current strengths and weaknesses and take ownership of their personal and professional development.
